Our Action Plan
We have developed the following action plan to ensure that each and every employee can fully utilize their abilities by creating a positive and flexible workplace environment for all employees and enabling employees to balance work and parenting.
April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2025
Implement a 12-hour interval system to reduce overtime work.
From April 2020:
Ensure the company-wide dissemination of the 12-hour interval system.
Reduce the number of employees who have taken less than 9 days of paid leave per year to zero by March 2025.
- From April 2020:
Encourage employees to take 5 consecutive days of paid leave.
- From Aug. 2020:
Have employees make specific plans for taking 5 consecutive days of paid leave or 5 intermittent days of paid leave.
- From March 2021:
At six months after the grant date of paid leave, check the status of the number of paid leave days taken by each employee and notify employees who have not taken paid leave as they had planned to make new specific plans for taking paid leave.
- From June 2021:
At nine months after the grant date of paid leave, check the status of the number of paid leave days taken by each employee and have employees who have taken less than 9 days of paid leave make specific plans for taking paid leave. At a later date, check if those employees have taken paid leave as they had planned.
