| March 1986 | The company is founded in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. |

| May 1988 | The former headquarters plant is completed in Nanyo, Nagaoka. Starts full-scale operation of the grinding machine business. |
| Oct. 1990 | Starts selling vertical grinding machines. |
| May 2001 | Mori Seiki Co., Ltd. (present-day DMG MORI CO., LTD.) makes an equity participation in the company. |
| June 2005 | Relocates the headquarters plant to Kumoide Industrial Park within Nagaoka City and builds a new plant. (Total floor area: 7,260 square meters, approx. 3 times the area of the former plant) |
| Dec. 2007 | Gets listed on JASDAQ. |
| May 2009 | Adds a large machine assembly plant to the headquarters plant. |
| Aug. 2009 | Opens a representative office in China. |
| Dec. 2009 | Opens a representative office in Europe. |
| June 2010 | Launches the Multi-Process Grinding Machine Vertical Mate Series. |
| Sep. 2013 | Opens a representative office in America. |
| Oct. 2014 | Launches the Multi-Process Grinding Machine CVG Series and High-Production Grinding Machine PGV Series. |
| March 2016 | Celebrates its 30th anniversary. |
| Dec. 2019 | Annual sales surpass the 10 billion yen mark for the first time in the company’s history. |
