Safe structure, Stable accuracy

CGX series is composed of strong features such as bed made of spherical graphite cast iron with high damping performance, and slide with hardened surface to improve wear resistance.

Also its improved response of the slide table provides higher straightness and achieves high-accuracy grinding.

Conversational operation system

Conversational operation system is equipped as standard.

It consists of various cycle patterns, operation support functions, and Taiyo Koki’s technical know-how that we acquired from many years of experience as grinding specialists.

The operation panel is touch panel type which allows direct input on the interface screen for more intuitive operation.

Taiyo Koki’s own automation system

Various automation systems are available to meet your needs such as NC 3-axis loader, customized stocker, and conveyance system connected with previous/post process.
